Master I have one doubt .. people who works in night shifts like shifts starts from 9pm to 7am to reach home it may take 8/9 am how can he manages to meditate and what is tight time for those people to meditate and also as per my previous experience people who works in rotation shifts they cannot give a fixed time for meditation it keeps on moving up and down so will that effect the meditation?
